Getting Started

To get started with the remote access you must follow the steps below:

• Add Streamer Apps to the Library and link streamer apps to a policy to distribute them to the devices.
• Download and Install the Viewer application on the controlling device.
• Configure Remote Access options as desired.
• Start a remote access session on a Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android device.
• View session information to monitor and manage the session details.
